Changes to Ipswich race day Friday 2 December 2016
Due to the predicted hot conditions on Friday, Racing Queensland has advised a change to the regular schedule of racing for Ipswich.
The first race will be at 10am, with all six races held and completed by 1pm, to avoid the extremely hot conditions predicted from 2pm.
Gates will open from 9am and admission will be free.
Upon completion of the local races, racegoers will be provided complimentary passes to our air-conditioned members lounge for the remainder of the afternoon.
