Cahill among rare group of jockeys

Michael Cahill is in a rare group of jockeys that have won each of the three Listed races run on TAB Ipswich Cup day. He won the Eye Liner Stakes in 1997 on Corregidor and was successful in the 2017 Cup aboard Self Sense.
He made the Gai Waterhouse Classic his own between 2013 and 2019, winning on Peron (2013), Real Surreal (2015), Magic Alibi (2018) and Ready To Prophet (2019).
Michael is pictured with the silverware for this Saturday's features, which are part of what will be the richest race meeting ever run at the Ipswich course.
