Glenn’s family is a trifecta New

GLENN Thornton loves training horses and values the owners who support his stable, but his greatest source of pride is being a dad.
Glenn and his wife Wendy Thornton are parents to jockeys Damien and Boris and former jockey Steph Thompson.
“Nothing beats watching the boys – or Steph when she was riding – riding a winner, especially one of ours,” Glenn said.
Glenn started as a jockey in Victoria before becoming a trainer. He moved his team to the Gold Coast in 2023, and the kids followed.
Glenn and the owners of He'sgotthesay, including Wendy, were celebrating after the four-year-old won at Ipswich racetrack.
